Our Mission

Make practical 3D printing easier to use.

Relay helps customers move from CAD files and rough requirements to manufacturable 3D printed parts. We care about the practical details: process fit, material choice, geometry, lead time, and how the part will actually be used.

The goal is not just to print files. The goal is to help customers get useful parts made with fewer wrong turns along the way.

  • Help customers choose the right printing process and material.
  • Support prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and batch production.
  • Keep communication clear, practical, and engineering-focused.

Our History

Built around manufacturing problem-solving.

Relay grew from hands-on manufacturing, quoting, supplier coordination, and applications engineering work. That background shapes how we approach 3D printing: not as a novelty, but as a manufacturing tool that needs the right fit.

We are updating this section with the cleaner timeline, project photos, and shop details that better show where Relay came from and how we work today.

  • Hands-on experience with CAD, fabrication, quoting, and production support.
  • Practical focus on fit, function, communication, and lead time.
  • Updated project history and photos currently being added.

Our Team

Direct support from people who understand parts.

The final team section is being updated with new photos and bios. For now, Relay is built around a direct applications-engineering approach: send files, ask practical questions, and get help thinking through how the part should be made.
