1. Upload & configure parts

STEP/STP, IGES, STL, OBJ and 3MF are analyzed in-browser for geometry, preview and routing. Very large or unusual CAD may still fall back to engineering review.

Instant estimates apply to FDM only. Other processes require engineering review and formal pricing. Relay verifies manufacturability, material, quantity and shipping before issuing the final quote. Production begins after payment and file approval.

2. Send the estimate to Relay for review

Add the project context we cannot infer from geometry. Your files and quote snapshot stay attached to the same RFQ.
We'll send your reviewed quote to this address.
Used to estimate ground shipping. Billing details are collected later if needed.

Submitting sends the configured project to Relay’s existing intake system. After submission, Relay reviews manufacturability and pricing, then emails the formal quote to the address above.
